Enzo Maresca, head coach of Chelsea Football Club was named the Premier League Manager of the Month for November 2025 after guiding his side through an outstanding run of results during the calendar month.
The Italian guided Chelsea through an outstanding month in which they picked up three wins and a hard-fought draw, earning 10 points, the joint-highest total of any Premier League team in November.This accolade marks Maresca’s second Manager of the Month award since taking charge at Stamford Bridge, underscoring his growing influence on the team’s performance and tactical identity.
Chelsea started November by beating Spurs 1-0, followed by a convincing 3-0 triumph over Wolverhampton Wanderers and a 2-0 success at Burnley.
Their winning was wrapped up with perhaps their most impressive showing of the month, a 1–1 draw against league leaders Arsenal. Despite playing with 10 men for more than half of the match, Chelsea not only limited the Gunners’ chances but also took the lead.
His leadership in November saw Chelsea produce consistent, disciplined displays — a major factor in their climb up the Premier League table and renewed belief among supporters. This award makes him the sixth Blues manager to win the award on multiple occasions, after Carlo Ancelotti, Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte, Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte.
