Alexander Volkanovski and Diego Lopes will battle it out to crown a new UFC featherweight champion.

With UFC featherweight champion Ilia Topuria opting to vacate his title, Volkanovski (26-4 MMA, 13-3 UFC) will look to regain his belt. The former five-time defending champion was dethroned by Topuria at UFC 298 last February, marking his second-straight knockout loss.
After losing his short-notice debut to Movsar Evloev in a valiant effort at UFC 288, Lopes (26-6 MMA, 5-1 UFC) has won five straight fights, most recently dominating former title challenger Brian Ortega at UFC 306.
