Wizkid has been confirmed as one of the performers for the highly anticipated Mawazine Festival scheduled to take place in Morocco in 2025.
Following the announcement of his cancellation of concerts in the US and Europe, afrobeats superstar Wizkid is set to electrify audiences at the 20th edition of the Mawazine Festival, scheduled to take place from June 20 to 28, 2025, in Rabat, Morocco.
Organised by the Maroc Cultures Association under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Mawazine is renowned as one of the world’s largest music festivals, drawing millions of attendees annually.
While the full lineup has not been officially announced, the inclusion of artists like Wizkid, Kid Cudi, Salif Keita and Will Smith, who is set to perform hits from his new album “Based on a True Story,” highlights the festival’s diverse and star-studded offerings.
