Jon Jones has named the top 4 greatest UFC fighters of all time.
Since its inception in 1993, the UFC has crowned dozens of world champions with an elite few standing above the rest.
With 16 title fight wins across two divisions and many more accomplishments, there’s arguably no fighter better than UFC Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones, who’s considering ‘exhibition matches’ after 17 years of fighting and a growing wait for Tom Aspinall.
Of course, the legendary Jones is hardly the only fighter in the ‘GOAT’ conversation.

“Demetrious Johnson, Anderson Silva, Georges St-Pierre and myself, in no specific order,” Jones said.
“I think we’ve all done great things in this sport,” Jones added.
Like Jones, Demetrious Johnson, Anderson Silva and Georges St-Pierre all tested themselves in different weight classes against the best of the best.
Canada’s St-Pierre dominated the welterweight division for years before retiring in 2013. GSP later came back to win the middleweight title against Michael Bisping in 2017, leaving the sport once again on a 13-fight win streak.
Silva reigned as the middleweight champion from 2006 to 2013 and even won fights at light heavyweight during this time.
In 2012, Silva set the record for most UFC title defenses at 10 with UFC flyweight ‘GOAT’ Johnson surpassing him five years later with an 11th consecutive title defense.
Jon Jones builds his ‘perfect’ UFC fighterAfter naming his UFC Mount Rushmore, Jones built his ‘perfect’ fighter using the skillsets of UFC legends.
Being one of the most well-rounded fighters in UFC history…
“Fight IQ, I’d start with myself,” Jones said.
“Striking I’d give to Anderson Silva…
“Cardio, can I use myself again? I’ve never really gassed out in a fight. I really pride myself on outworking my opponents.
“Wrestling, I’d go with Georges St-Pierre. Jiu-jitsu, I’d go with Demian Maia,” Jones continued.
“And boxing, Dustin Poirier has some pretty good hands and Ilia Topuria, he has some pretty good hands, too.”
