Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim has now overseen three consecutive Premier League victories for the first time after his side’s win against Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.
The Red Devils cruised to a 4-2 win against the Seagulls at Old Trafford, extending their winning run in the league to three games.
That result moved United up to sixth in the Premier League table, ahead of fierce rivals Manchester City and reigning champions Liverpool.
Next up for Amorim’s side is a The City Ground to face Nottingham Forest on Saturday, but in the meantime it has emerged that one member of his squad could be on his way out of the club very soon.
According to CaughtOffside, striker Joshua Zirkzee is very likely to leave Old Trafford during the upcoming January transfer window.

The report claims that the Dutchman is set to depart in the new year, with United having put a price tag of around £30-35 million on the player.
Having joined United from Italian outfit Bologna in the summer of 2024, Zirkzee has scored just seven goals in 54 appearances for the Red Devils.
So far this season the Netherlands international has failed to score in any of his five appearances for Amorim’s side, with the forward having fallen further down the pecking order at Old Trafford following the summer arrivals of Benjamin Šeško, Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.
Despite Zirkzee’s struggles, fellow Premier League sides West Ham United, Brighton, and Aston Villa are all said to admire the player, with the Hammers having made initial contact about a move.
Manchester United are in quite a strong position, however, as the Dutchman is under contract at Old Trafford until the end of the 2028/29 campaign.
