Agba Baller returns! Nigeria names squad for WAFCON 2024

The Super Falcons of Nigeria have unveiled their squad for the WAFCON 2024 tournament scheduled to commence in July 2025.

The #missionX campaign of the Super Falcons of Nigeria is gradually taking shape as the head coach of the team Justin Madugu has announced arguably one of the strongest squad ahead of WAFCON 2024 scheduled to officially commence in July 2025.

Asisat Oshoala and Plumptre Ashleigh have made their return to the Falcons squad. Arguably one of the most decorated and prolific figures in the history of women’s football in Africa, Oshoala will join 11 other debutants some of which include the NWFL players to dorn on the green white green colours in Morocco as they compete to win their 10th Womens Africa Cup of Nations cementing their position as the country with the highest number of titles in the tournament’s history.

Goalkeepers: Nnadozie Chiamaka, Oluehi Tochukwu, Unachukwu Udoka

Defenders: Demehin Oluwatosin, Alozie Michelle, Ohale Osinachi, Isah Sikiratu, Plumptre Ashleigh, Oladipo Shukurat, Usani Miracle.
