And there’s a new Bad Bunny Artist Spotlight
On January 5, Apple Fitness+ introduced four brand-new workout programs, which offer weekly training plans.
The first workout program is called ‘Make Your Fitness Comeback,’ which aims to help users looking to start working out again, with Strength, HIIT and Yoga. The four-week plan offers three workouts per week, with one of each type, so you’re doing three 10-minute workouts per week. And each week builds on one from before, helping users progress and get back to fitness.
‘Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks’ aims to help users asd Yoga into their routine more regularly. These workouts are designed to help users become more flexible, reduce stress, and become more stable. You will get two 10-minute yoga sessions.
There’s also Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT programs, which offer three 20-minute workout programs. You’ll get 10 minutes of Strength and 10 minutes of HIIT for 20 minutes, three times per week for three weeks.
The last program, launching January 12, helps users who are new to strength building learn fundamentals, strength routines, and brush up on solid techniques.
There’s also a new Artist Spotlight series, which dedicates a workout playlist which includes three new Bad Bunny workouts dropping February 2.
The Time to Walk series, where guests share their story, photos and songs that shape their lives, is getting new episodes with Penn Badgley, Mel B and Michelle Monaghan later this year. I can’t wait to hear Dan Humphrey from Gossip Girl go on a walk with me.
Apple Fitness+ is available as a subscription service for $12.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
