Apple TV+ app now available for Android devices

After launching the service for 5 years, Apple has finally released Apple TV+ for Android devices, the streaming service was previously only available on the company’s own devices and major smart TV operating systems, Android smartphones and tablets will have to visit the service through a browser in order to stream movies on the service.

Unlike the TV+ app on iOS, you will not be able to rent or purchase movies through the Android version, you will still be able be synchronise your watchlist with multiple devices, continue playback on a show where you left off and download a show to be viewed offline.

Apple TV+ features all original shows and several notable ones include The Morning Show, Ted Lasso, Severance and Tetris, the streaming service costs RM29.90/month and for new Android users, Apple offers a 1 week trial to experience it.
