Premier League leaders Arsenal host North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the pick of this weekend’s matches.
The Gunners currently boast a four-point lead over second-placed Manchester City in the top flight standings, and manager Mikel Arteta will want to see his side at least maintain that advantage by beating their fiercest rivals on Sunday.
Arsenal will be without key centre-back Gabriel for the game, though, after the Brazilian picked up an injury while on international duty with Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
Despite this, the Premier League leaders will be favourites to take home bragging rights in the North London derby.
Off the pitch, it appears that Arsenal are eyeing a move for a Bundesliga forward.
According to CaughtOffside, both Arsenal and Premier League rivals Manchester United are in the running to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy.
The report claims that the two English sides are both showing interest in the Guinea international, who has been one of the most prolific goal scorers in the German top flight over the past few seasons.

Guirassy, 29, joined Dortmund from fellow Bundesliga side Stuttgart back in the summer of 2024, having scored 44 goals in 58 games for his previous side.
Since joining Dortmund, he has continued his fine form, netting 45 goals in 65 games for the club across all competitions.
Despite his impressive scoring tally, it is claimed that the striker could be available for a fee of around £44 million in January, which has alerted a number of clubs including French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
This is because there is a clause in the Guinea star’s contract that includes a £44 million release clause, however it is only available to a list of unspecified top European clubs.
It remains to be seen whether or not Arsenal and Manchester United feature in the list of clubs, but the two sides are both said to be interested in the Guinean.
