Chelsea face Paris Saint-Germain in the final of the FIFA Club World Cup on Sunday evening.
The Blues travel to New Jersey to face the European champions after beating Fluminense in the semi-finals, while the French side defeated Real Madrid to reach Sunday’s showpiece.
Enzo Maresca will be working hard to prepare his side for the daunting prospect of facing PSG, although he will be boosted by the return of Levi Colwill and Liam Delap.
Now, it has emerged that another of Chelsea’s forwards is attracting interest from one of Europe’s biggest clubs.
As per CaughtOffside, Barcelona are interested in a loan move for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson.
The report claims that Chelsea are willing to allow the Senegal international to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, and the la Liga giants are currently showing the strongest interest in the player.

Jackson, 24, joined the Blues from Villarreal in 2023 and has since scored 30 goals in 81 games for the club across all competitions, as well as providing 12 assists.
Last season the forward started 28 of Chelsea’s 38 Premier League matches, but he was sent off against Newcastle in his last outing in the competition before also being dismissed against Brazilian side Flamengo in the group stages of the Club World Cup.
It is claimed that Chelsea are set to demand a fee of around £43 million for the Senegalese striker, however Barcelona are keen to discuss a possible loan deal for the player.
As well as Barcelona, Premier League sides Newcastle United and Aston Villa are also said to be keeping tabs on Jackson.
Jackson’s current contract with Chelsea is set to run until the end of the 2032/33 campaign after signing a long-term contract when he joined the club.
During Jackson’s previous spell in Spain with Villarreal, the striker netted 13 times in 48 games.
