Anyone who’s signed up by end of day Sunday, July 20 will be given access
London, Ont.-based Digital Extremes has confirmed that for a limited time, anyone can gain access to the pre-alpha “Preludes” testing of its highly anticipated Soulframe game on PC.
During the latest Soulframe Devstream at its 10th anniversary TennoCon event in its hometown, the Canadian developer revealed that anyone who has registered to try out the fantasy MMORPG by Sunday, July 20 at 11:59 p.m. ET will be given access. You can do so through the official Soulframe website.
It’s a notable move for the game, which has been gradually inviting select players who have registered. You’ll continue to have access to Preludes until the game’s full public launch.
At TennoCon, DE also showed a 30-minute gameplay demo which included showcasing a ranged wizard class, exploring a stunning forest area and a flying rat performing a makeshift colonoscopy on a magical bear. Yes, you read that right. The team also discussed upcoming plans for Preludes, including new customization options and updated combat progression.
We’ll have more on TennoCon in the coming days.
