Following their shock defeat against Sunderland on Saturday, Chelsea now turn their attention to the Carabao Cup as they face Wolves in the last 16.
Enzo Maresca’s side had been in good form of late, but they fell to a surprise 2-1 defeat against the Black Cats at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
The Blues now sit ninth in the Premier League table, but Maresca will hope to see his side progress into the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup when they visit Molineux.
Ahead of the game, it has emerged that the West London side are interested in a Serie A goalkeeper.
According to Corriere dello Sport via CaughtOffside, Chelsea are one of a number of clubs interested in Parma’s Zion Suzuki.

The report claims that the Japan international has emerged on the radar of several top European clubs, including AC Milan.
Suzuki, 23, joined Parma from Belgian side Sint-Truiden in the summer of 2024 and has since been hugely impressive for his current side.
In total he has made 47 appearances for Parma across all competitions, keeping 12 clean sheets and conceding 62 goals.
The Japanese ‘keeper has established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the Italian top flight over the past 12 months, but the report claims that he is studying English and could leave his current club in the near future.
Suzuki is contracted to Parma until the end of the 2028/29 season, but the report claims that Chelsea have identified him as a potential successor to Robert Sanchez as they look for a replacement for the Spaniard.
Sanchez has made a number of high profile errors since joining the Blues from Brighton and Hove Albion, and Chelsea’s hunt for a new ‘keeper has now prompted the London club to monitoring Suzuki’s progress.
