Chelsea produced an impressive display to earn a draw against Premier League leaders Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
The hosts werte reduced to ten men in the first-half after Moises Caicedo was shown a red following intervention from VAR, for a high tackle on Mikel Merino.
Despite their numerical disadvantage, Enzo Maresca’s side were largely on top and took a surprise lead shortly after the break when Trevoh Chalobah’s header beat David Raya.
Merino then drew the league leaders level, but neither side were able to find a winner.
The result leaves Arsenal five points clear at the top of the table, while Chelsea sit in third place.
Off the pitch, it has now emerged that Chelsea will have to pay a significant amount if they are to sign one of their top transfer targets.
TEAMtalk claims that the Blues are likely to have to pay a premium to sign Nottingham Forest defender Murillo.

It is claimed that the West London side do hold a serious interest in the Brazilian centre-back, who has been mightily impressive over the past couple of seasons.
According to the report, though, Forest are unlikely to allow the player to leave easily, especially with the defender having signed a new long-term contract at The City Ground earlier this year.
Murillo, who has played 88 times for Forest since joining the club back in 2023, is under contract until 2029, and the report suggests that Forest will therefore demand a significant fee to allow the player to leave.
A figure of around £70 million it suggested as a possible price tag for the Brazilian, although it remains to be seen whether or not Chelsea would be willing to spend that amount of money in January.
