Afrobeats superstar Davido Adeleke and his wife, Chioma Adeleke, are celebrating their third wedding anniversary this November.
The couple, who married in a private civil ceremony in 2022 shortly after the tragic passing of their son Ifeanyi, have shared moments of love and appreciation for each other as they mark the milestone.
To commemorate the occasion, Davido reposted a message from a fan account on Instagram, captioning it: “1 out of 3! Cheers to 4eva baby @thechefchi.” Chioma responded with a simple but heartfelt remark: “Amen, Amen, my love.”
Their wedding journey has been both private and grand. After completing her bride price rites in Imo State in January 2023, the couple held a traditional ceremony in Lagos in June 2024, attended by family, friends, and prominent figures from the music, political, and entertainment scenes. Their white wedding in Miami, Florida, in August 2025 reportedly cost over $3.7 million.
During the wedding ceremony, Davido emotionally described Chioma as his “peace” and “home,” praising her for accepting him fully, including the sides of him the public rarely sees.
This anniversary marks another chapter in the couple’s journey together, highlighting their enduring bond through both joyous celebrations and personal challenges.
