Arsenal’s midfielder Declan Rice has showered praise on Chelsea’s midfield maestro Moises Caicedo ahead of the crucial London derby at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
The England international was speaking after the 3-1 demolition of Bayern Munich at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, 28 November 2025. He was asked about his anticipation of the game against Chelsea and how prepared he is for the midfield battle against Caicedo.
He said,
“I voted Moisés Caicedo in my PFA Team of thIt’s going to’s gonna be an exciting battle between Caicedo and me. I will be ready. I have a lot of respect for Moises. There is so much comparison between us, but we are playing different positions”,
Rice also spoke about the strength of the Arsenal team this season and what they are capable of achieving this season. However, he affirmed that the message from Mikel Arteta is to take it one game at a time despite how good they have been this campaign.
