Fans have been pleasantly surprised with the effort put into the Fortnite and Power Rangers collaboration. The live-action trailer for the collab was particularly impressive and well received by fans.
On a Reddit thread discussing the trailer, fans only had great things to say. Reddit user DarkCh40s notes the level of detail and obvious effort that went into the trailer: “Not only they made suits for the bugs, they even made a new Megazord suit. Like wow, a lot of effort went into this.”

There are a few tweaks to gameplay here and there with this collaboration. These changes fit in with the bug invasion theme and offer some new mechanics. There are some new weapons added that relate to the bug invasion theme, such as the Sweeper Shotgun and the Bug Blaster.
There is also a new rank system called the O.X.R rank system, which rewards players for performing heroic deeds and completing specific objectives. There is also a new O.X.R rifle for players to get their hands on. O.X.R is directly related to the Power Rangers, as it stands for Onimorph eXtermination Rangers.
There is a lot to love about the Fortnite x Power Rangers collaboration.
