During an appearance on the Today Show with Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones, Palmer revealed her vision for marriage. She expressed a preference for maintaining her independence, even after tying the knot. While she enjoys being open and connected, Palmer emphasized that her personal space and alone time are non-negotiable.
The actress explained that she could share a property with her spouse but would like to live in separate buildings. In her ideal scenario, her husband would occupy a guest house, while she would reside in the main home, allowing them to maintain their privacy.
Palmer described the setup as fun and lighthearted, joking that she could simply announce when she planned to visit her husband’s house, highlighting how much she values a balance between closeness and autonomy.
In her words:
