The Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has commiserated with the management and staff of Splash FM and Lagelu FM over the death of a broadcaster, Kola Oladapo.
Makinde, in a statement issued on Sunday by his Special Assistant on Print Media, Moses Alao, described Oladapo’s death as painful and prayed for the repose of his soul.
The governor also expressed condolences to the family of the deceased, asking God to grant them the strength to bear the loss.
Oladapo, popularly known as “Nice Guy,” was an on-air personality with the Ibadan-based radio stations.
His death was announced on Sunday morning, and he has since been buried.
