Manchester United will face travel to face fierce rivals Liverpool when the Premier League returns after the international break.
Ruben Amorim’s side have endured a torrid start to the new campaign but did pick up all three points against Sunderland in their last outing, defeating the Hammers 2-0 courtesy of goals from Mason Mount and Benjamin Sesko.
The Red Devils will hope to inflict more suffering on the reigning Premier League champions when the two sides meet, with the Reds having lost their last three matches across all competitions.
With domestic football taking a backseat while the international break is ongoing, it has emerged that United are interested in a Premier League side.
According to CaughtOffside, Man United are interested in Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo, who has enjoyed a sensational start to the new campaign.

The report claims that the Red Devils have joined rivals Liverpool in the race to sign the Ghanaian, who has netted six times and provided three assists in seven Premier League games so far this term.
Semenyo, 25, joined the Cherries from Bristol City back in 2023 and has since established himself as a key player for the south coast side, scoring 28 goals in 97 games.
It is claimed that United explored the possibility of signing Semenyo during the recent summer transfer window, but the Manchester side considered Bournemouth’s asking price for the player to be too high.
Semenyo, who can play on either flank, is contracted to Bournemouth until the end of the 2029/30 season, but the report suggests that United could now be willing to pay a higher fee for the player in the wake of his sensational start to the new campaign.
The report also claims that United’s interest in Semenyo may actually be stronger than Liverpool’s, despite recent speculation suggesting otherwise.
