Now four Newcastle United TV matches confirmed – Premier League update

We now have details of four Newcastle United TV matches in the Premier League.

An official club announcement (see below) revealing that the Newcastle v Arsenal game will be shown by Sky Sports.

That match moved to a 4.30pm kick-off on Sunday 28 September.

This announcement follows a one earlier this month when we found out that all of August’s Newcastle United Premier League matches are to be broadcast live.

The away matches at Aston Villa and Leeds, plus home to Liverpool sandwiched between those two.

‘Newcastle United’s Premier League game against Arsenal in September has been rescheduled after being selected for live television coverage.

The Magpies had been set to welcome the Gunners to St. James’ Park on Saturday, 27th September, with kick-off set for 3pm BST.

But now, with the match having been picked to be broadcast live on Sky Sports, the game will take place a day later on Sunday, 28th September, with kick-off on Tyneside set for 4:30pm BST.

Any further changes to the Magpies’ fixture schedule will be communicated at the earliest opportunity.’
