Street-hop sensation Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has announced plans to return to school, but this time, his goal is to gain deeper knowledge of the business side of music.

The Zazu crooner shared that although he already holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from Kwara State Polytechnic, he wants to further his education to better understand how to manage his career and record label effectively.

Speaking about his decision to return to school, Portable said he wants to become more involved in the operations of his record label, Zeh Nation, and learn how to handle royalties, contracts, and music distribution without depending entirely on others. “Even though I already have an OND from Kwara State Polytechnic, I still want to further my education so I can understand my music royalties and business deals better, especially for my record label, Zeh Nation,” he explained.

The singer emphasized that his decision isn’t driven by the need for another certificate but by the desire to become more business-savvy and run his music empire with a professional approach. Fans have praised the move, seeing it as a sign of growth and maturity from the artist.
