Daniel Chavkin of SportingNews.com shared Bradshaw’s critical thoughts about former Green Bay Packers star Aaron Rodgers, giving his personal opinion about whether or not the team should sign Rodgers.

“That guy needs to stay in California,” Bradshaw said. “Go somewhere and chew on bark. Whisper to the gods out there.”

Fighting words.

Although we all can agree there has been a slew of rumors of Rodgers signing with the Steelers, who wants you to know the two sides are talking?

It’s probably Pittsburgh, and they’re trying to find out for themselves if the fans would be upset if the team were to sign Rodgers to the one-year deal. Well, Terry doesn’t like the idea and had this to say:

“I heard the same thing, Dan. I just don’t want it.”

This goes to show I’m not the only one who thinks that Pittsburgh shouldn’t ditch the idea of Will Howard being the guy. At least for 2025.

If Pittsburgh wants to waste money on a 41-year-old quarterback, then they should sign Rodgers and probably end up with the same record that Howard would achieve.

Howard at least gives the Steelers a chance. If he is good, then they can have him for a few years on a rookie contract with the potential to only get better, whereas Rodgers is on the downward slope.

Don’t waste the money.

To be fair, Pittsburgh doesn’t tend to.
