I like a minimalist setup

Throughout the year, I review a number of devices, Android and iOS alike. After seven years at MobileSyrup, my setup process is painless, and likely the most difficult part is using the Zedge app to pick an anime or video game-themed wallpaper.
The easiest part is the actual setup of my homepage. On Android (I’m currently using the OnePlus 13), I go with a tremendously simple homepage with some sort of time widget near the top, the Google Search bar near the bottom, and below it, usually some go-to apps like the default phone, messaging, and camera app, as well as Google Chrome and the Play Store.
On iOS, it’s a bit different, but it’s still pretty simple.
My wallpaper on my iPhone is blurred out, but believe me, it’s anime-themed, and you can see it on my lock screen. Additionally, I have a row of apps on both sides of the display, with the weather app near the bottom and my three popular apps at the bottom: Google Search, Messages, and the App Store.
I’m curious: What’s on your home screen? Are my screens too simple? Let us know in the comments below.
