Paul Ibe, media aide to Atiku Abubakar, has expressed concern over President Bola Tinubu’s whereabouts following the conclusion of the BRICS summit in Brazil.
Ibe noted that since the summit ended, the presidency has not provided any updates on Tinubu’s movements.
He took to X to question whether the President’s plane was stuck in a “time-free zone,” sparking speculation and public curiosity.
He wrote: “Many concerned Nigerians are asking where President Bola Tinubu is since the conclusion of the BRICS Summit in Rio de Janiero, Brazil.
“On Saturday, 28 June 2025, Tinubu commenced a two-nation visit to Saint Lucia and Brazil. The 17th BRICS Summit ended 3 days ago.
“There is no other engagement on his itinerary, according to the press statement preceding his trip, raising concerns about his whereabouts. However, mum is the word.
“Is it possible that the Nigerian President’s aircraft is passing through a zone where time is standing still? @grok.”
