A Nigerian lady went viral on TikTok after sharing a video praising African men living in China who are successfully hustling and preparing traditional dishes like yam and egg sauce.
Shocked by the number of men cooking, she urged their wives and girlfriends in Nigeria to “ease up on them.”
However, one commenter jokingly suggested the men might be buying the food instead of cooking it themselves.
A Nigerian lady has gone viral online after sharing a video praising African men living in China for their industriousness, particularly their ability to cook traditional dishes, and offered advice to their partners back in Nigeria.
The lady, posting under the TikTok handle @billionairesclubdaughter1, shared a video showing a meal of yam and egg sauce, which she said was prepared by the men. She admitted she was surprised by the large number of men involved in preparing African dishes.
Proudly praising the men for their hustle abroad, she urged their wives and girlfriends to be more understanding and gentle with them:
“She proudly praised her African brothers for their hustle, urging their wives and girlfriends to ease up on them.” (Note: This is a paraphrase of the original text.)
The video sparked reactions online, with one TikTok user commenting that while the men are hustling, the food might actually be store-bought:
@Skinny Black: Yes you are right, we are really hustling here in China 🇨🇳 but for the food no be them Dey cook am ooo lol 😂 na buy them Dey buy from Gulta
