1. Our Commitment
Etim Tapcoin strictly prohibits any content or activity that promotes, depicts, facilitates, or normalizes child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are committed to building a safe digital environment and fully comply with Google Play’s CSAE policy, global laws, and best practices to protect children from online harm.
2. Prohibited Content
We do not allow, under any circumstances:
Sexualized content involving minors** (real or simulated)
Child nudity**, even if non-sexual in context
Illustrations or animations** that depict CSAE
Any media** (text, images, audio, video, or metadata) that sexually exploits children
Links or referrals** to CSAE content or external sources/platforms distributing such material
User-generated content (UGC)** involving minors in a sexual context or used for grooming
3. Moderation & Detection Measures
AI + Human Moderation:- We use a hybrid moderation system involving automated detection tools and trained human moderators to review all user-generated content.
Photo & Video Scanning:-We utilize industry-standard CSAI Match and other hash-based technologies to detect known CSAE material.
Behavioral Monitoring:-Accounts exhibiting patterns of grooming, solicitation, or exploitation are flagged and investigated.
4. Reporting & Enforcement
In-App Reporting:** Users can report any suspicious or harmful content via the app’s reporting tool.
Law Enforcement Cooperation:** We report CSAE incidents to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with global law enforcement agencies.
Account Action:** We permanently suspend accounts found violating CSAE policies and report offenders where required by law.
5. User Protection & Education
Age Restrictions:- Etim Tapcoin is not intended for children under 13. Users must verify their age at registration.
Parental Guidance:We encourage parents and guardians to supervise app usage and educate minors about online safety.
Community Guidelines:- All users must follow our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, which clearly state CSAE policies.
